Dog crate

Pet owners use a dog crate in the home and when traveling with their pet.
Some dogs fit well in large crates and other dogs can only fit in small crates. This is because if the crate is too large the dog will not like to be inside the crate. But regardless of the size of the pet there is usually a carrier that will work for traveling or home purposes.

Dog crates for small canines are usually small plastic crates. These crates provide a small area for a dog to sit, stand, or lay down. These carriers can also have a place for food and water to be stored.

Some dog owners choose handbags or luggage to act as a dog crate. Small dogs fit well into handbags for easy travel. But traveling with a large dog is not as easy. They will usually need to be placed in a large crate for safety purposes.
